Noe Park – A New Attraction in the Heart of Poland

Noe Park is located on the grounds of the former Bernatka resort, nestled near a picturesque reservoir. Ideally situated just minutes from the S7 route, it offers a serene setting surrounded by nature and water.

The park revolves around the theme of the biblical Noah's Ark, with the main attraction being the giant inflatable surrounded by thematic zones inspired by the elements: Water, Sun, Wind, Earth, and Eden. Each zone offers a unique kind of fun, unified by a narrative of adventure, cooperation, and world exploration.

For B2B businesses, this is a significant message – a park centered around a single iconic attraction can become a marketing magnet and a recognizable landmark nationwide.

The World’s Largest Inflatable – Record Dimensions and Capabilities

Noah's Ark is a construction whose size is hard to fathom until seen in person:

Facts and Figures:

  • Usable area: 1,598 m² (almost 4 basketball courts combined).
  • Length: 90.5 m (almost the length of a football field).
  • Width: 20.8 m (equivalent to four lanes of road side by side).
  • Height: 13 m (as tall as a four-story building).
  • Maximum capacity: About 300 participants simultaneously.
  • Weight: 18 tons (9 segments, each weighing 2 tons).

Thanks to its vast size, the Ark isn’t just an inflatable; it's a full-scale play zone where multiple activities can occur concurrently without participants interfering with each other.

Five Elemental Zones – The Heart of the Attraction

Gangaru’s COO, Patryk Wozich, who personally designed the Ark, emphasizes that functionality was as crucial as size:

"The structure is divided into 5 elemental zones: Water, Wind, Eden, Sun, and Earth. The Earth zone is designated for the youngest children and their parents and is therefore separated from the rest."

Zone Overview:

  • Water, Wind, and Earth – A wealth of attractions: slides, climbing walls, soft hills, reverse slides to run up, an "Orca devourer" that opens and closes its mouth, obstacles for jumping and crawling, and numerous inflatable adornments.
  • Sun – A giant obstacle course where you can race against time, testing your speed and agility.
  • Eden – A safe, fenced-off space with smaller obstacles, designed with toddlers and parents in mind.

Each zone has its mascot – from the majestic eagle to the playful zebra, and even Noah himself – adding character to the structure and creating picture-perfect moments for social media.

From Concept to Completion – The Design Journey

The story of Noah's Ark began with an extraordinary request.

"A client approached us wanting the world's largest inflatable, shaped like an ark. They already knew what they needed," recalls Patryk Wozich.

The first step was a brainstorming session within the Gangaru team, followed by detailed consultations with the client to finalize the division into zones, dimensions, and specific requirements.

  • Designing took about 1 month.

  • Sewing – an additional 3 months.
  • Each component was tested and prepared to operate under heavy loads.

The process required precise planning and a safety-first mindset from the beginning – any design flaw could pose risks to hundreds of users.

Technology and Safety at the Forefront

While Noah's Ark impresses with its visual appeal, its true strength lies in the unseen elements – the technology, materials, and safety systems.

It is made from certified material compliant with EN 14960 standards, which specify safety requirements for such recreational devices. The material is flame-retardant, tear-resistant, and suitable for long-term use in various weather conditions.

The structure is sewn with double and quadruple stitches to enhance its resistance to stretching and mechanical damage. Stability is ensured by over 500 anchoring points – around 300 stakes directly for the attraction and 200 guy ropes.

Due to the height of its walls (13 m), the Ark necessitates additional safety measures, including an emergency generator to power blowers in case of a power outage.

"In a structure this large, safety is the absolute priority. We considered every scenario – from weather conditions to potential malfunctions," emphasizes the designer.

Logistics and Assembly of the World's Largest Inflatable

Preparing for the assembling of Noah's Ark is nearly as impressive as the structure itself.

First, the land had to be leveled and reinforced. Then, an electrical installation capable of powering 50 blowers with a capacity of 2300W each, totaling 115 kW, was set up.

The client requested that all blowers be positioned on one side of the structure to minimize noise disturbance for park guests. This required the design of a complex air channel system inside the attraction to inflate both sides evenly.

The assembly required a minimum of 15 people as well as heavy equipment – a telehandler and crane. Segments weighing 2 tons each were positioned, connected with ropes and velcro, then inflated and moved to their final position, often only with the crew's muscle power.

Inspiration for the B2B Sector – Potential of Giant Attractions

For owners of amusement parks, inflatable rentals, or event agencies, Noah's Ark is a prime example of how investing in a unique, large-scale attraction can provide a market advantage.

Usage Scenarios in B2B:

  • Amusement Parks – As a permanent attraction drawing tourists and increasing ticket sales.
  • Mass Events – Creating a "wow" effect with viral photos on social media.
  • Sponsored Events – Offering branding opportunities for zones and Ark characters under a sponsor's brand.
  • Rentals – Hire out to large festivals and corporate picnics, generating higher unit revenue.

"Even if someone doesn't need the largest inflatable in the world, they can be inspired by this project to create something that sets their offering apart," says Patryk Wozich.
