Can I place an order myself?
We encourage you to place orders directly through our website by adding the attraction to your cart and paying via bank transfer. Of course, it’s also possible to purchase by phone.
When will my order be shipped?
If the item is in stock and your payment has been credited to our account, the order will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
Can I pick up the inflatable myself?
Yes, you can pick up the attraction in person. Prior phone or email contact is required. Our warehouse is located at Leona Popielskiego 1, 52-019 Wrocław. Open on business days, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (the warehouse is closed on weekends).
Do you have inflatables available immediately?
To check product availability for immediate shipping, please contact us via email or phone. Our Sales Department will present you with options from the category you're interested in.
Do you offer installation of attractions?
Yes, we offer inflatable water park installation services. Pricing is determined individually. Please contact us via phone or email – our Sales Department will provide price ranges and available installation dates.

What is the delivery time?
The average delivery time for in-stock items is 3–5 business days after payment is credited to our account. For made-to-order products, the delivery time is 10–14 weeks (this includes time for distribution to our warehouse).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order. Customers are informed of the shipping fee during order creation, both in the online cart and by phone via our Sales Department. The final cost depends on several factors, such as size, weight, and quantity.
Can I choose the courier myself?
We cooperate with various courier companies. You may choose your preferred courier, but if the shipping cost is higher than our standard carrier, the customer must pay the difference.
How will my order be delivered?
For small or medium-sized inflatables, we use standard courier delivery. If you’re unsure, feel free to call or email us – we’ll inform you of the delivery method.
Which courier companies do you work with?
We offer various shipping options and always select the best one for your order. We review market prices on the day we prepare the handover protocol to minimize shipping costs.

Can I defer the payment?
Deferred payment is available only for government institutions.
Do you accept deposits?
In our system, we operate based on advance payments referred to as "deposits."
Why is a deposit required?
A deposit is a non-refundable form of payment. For custom-made products, the payment may be split into two deposits: the first is 60%, the second is 40%. We require the deposit to initiate the sales process.
How much deposit should I pay?
The first deposit of 60% must be paid according to the date specified on the pro forma invoice.
When should I pay the remaining amount?
The remaining 40% must be paid the day before the shipment. The Sales Department will inform you about the shipping date by phone.
Do you offer leasing options?
Yes. We cooperate with three leasing companies: LEASELINK, EFL, and PKO BP.
Can I get leasing as a private individual?
No. Leasing is only available to business entities.
Will I receive a full VAT invoice after purchase?
Yes, we always issue a full VAT invoice.
Is a custom design an extra charge?
No. The design is an integral part of custom inflatables. We do, however, require a 10% deposit to start the custom project.

What does the return process look like?
After confirming the return is valid with our Sales Department, the customer sends the product at their own cost to the address we provide. The return procedure is explained individually during contact with our team.
How do I file a complaint?
Complaints should be sent by email with a detailed description of the product issue. Please attach photos of the damaged component.
How long does the repair take?
Defects found within the warranty period will be repaired by the guarantor within the timeframe agreed between the parties, but not longer than 30 business days from the date the product is accepted for repair by the designated service center.
Can I repair a damaged inflatable myself?
Yes. We encourage you to perform small repairs yourself. Every inflatable comes with a repair kit including spare patches.

What material are the inflatables made of?

The set includes all the necessary components: ropes, stakes, carabiners, and a blower.
Will I receive required documents: approvals or certificates?
Yes. After purchase, the customer receives a Certificate (Technical Assessment) and a User Manual (Q&M). These confirm the product’s compliance and safety.
How to clean and maintain the inflatable?
Proper maintenance is key. We recommend spraying the slides with a "plak" product for optimal glide and using safe cleaning agents like glass cleaner to avoid mold. After the season, the inflatable must be thoroughly dried before storing. Always store in a dry, ventilated space to prolong its lifespan.
Do you offer servicing?
Yes, we cooperate with trusted service providers.
Are you a manufacturer or do you import from China?
We are a manufacturer. Our products are transported from China from a factory we’ve worked with for over 10 years, ensuring quality and reliability.
What warranty do you offer?
Warranty depends on the product category. Inflatables come with a 2-year warranty for the material and 1 year for the seams. Water parks have a 2-year warranty for the entire product. Archery tag, water balls, and bumper balls have a 1-year warranty.
Can I order a custom inflatable?
Yes, you can order any custom inflatable. We’ll need all the relevant details like size, colors, and additional elements for the project.
I want to buy an inflatable, but I don’t like the color. Can I change it?
Yes, we can prepare a version with different colors.
What’s not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover improper use, failure to follow instructions, or use that violates regulations or standards.
Can you make an inflatable with Paw Patrol or Disney characters?
No, we do not make inflatables with characters protected by copyrights or licenses (cartoons, movies, etc.). We also do not create inflatables with vulgar or socially inappropriate content.
How should I store the inflatable?
Store the inflatable in its designated cover in a dry place like a warehouse, to keep it safe and durable.
Will the inflatable fit in my car?
Mini combo inflatables can fit in a car, but this depends on the attraction. Please contact our Sales Department to assess the space required.
How much does an inflatable weigh?
Inflatables vary widely. Each product has a Product Card detailing its technical specs, including weight. Weights range from 7.5 kg to 450 kg. If you’re unsure, our Sales Department will advise you.
How many people are needed to operate the inflatable?
Operation details are included in the User Manual (O&M) provided with the product.
How do I dry the inflatable?
Dry it in an open space, wipe with a cloth to remove streaks, and vacuum if needed.
What should I do if it rains?
Unplug the blower immediately and cover the inflatable with a tarp to protect it.
