We have collected your questions in order to finally answer them collectively. With this content, we would like to familiarise you with all issues related to the use, rental, purchase and maintenance of inflatable attractions. In addition, we have enriched the text with items from the field of e-commerce, i.e. questions that relate to the operation of a shop, how to order and how to handle them. We hope that this article will help you find answers to all the questions you would like to ask us before or after purchasing an inflatable.

What discount can I count on?

We have specific discount thresholds in place, the merchant informs the customer of the possible discount in the order.

Should I place the order myself?

We encourage you to place your order yourself on our website by adding the attraction to your basket and paying to your bank account. Of course, it is also possible to purchase by telephone.

When will the order be sent to me?

The order will be dispatched (if in stock and payment has been credited to our account) in 1-2 working days.

Can I collect the Inflatable in person?

Yes, there is no problem to pick up the attractions in person. It is essential to contact us in advance by phone or email. Our collection depot is located on str.  Leona Popielskiego 1 , 52-019 Wrocław. Open on working days, from 9 am to 5pm (the warehouse does not provide customer service at weekends)

Do you have attractions available off the shelf?

For information on the current stock of "off-the-shelf" products, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. The Sales Department will present the products in the categories that interest you.

Do you mount attractions?

Yes, it is possible to purchase a water park installation service. Pricing of the service is carried out individually. We encourage you to contact us by phone or email. The Sales Department will provide you with a price range and available dates for the installation of attractions.

What is the waiting time for shipping?

The average lead time for delivery of an order (if in stock), is 3-5 working days after the funds have been credited to your account. For a bespoke product the lead time is 10-14 weeks (this is the distribution time to our warehouse).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated individually for each order, the customer is informed of the shipping amount when creating the order also on the website in the shopping cart section and by telephone by the Sales Department. Differences in shipping prices depend on many factors, e.g. size, weight, quantity.

Can I choose the courier company myself?

We cooperate with various courier companies, it is possible to ship with a courier of your choice, however, if the shipping amount will be more expensive than with our chosen carrier, the customer is obliged to pay the difference.

How will the ordered goods get to me?

In the case of small attractions or medium sized items, dispatch is by courier. If in doubt, please call or email us and we will inform you of the shipping method.

Which courier companies do you work with?

We have multiple options for shipping purchased goods, and we always choose the best delivery option for our customer. We analyse market prices on the day of the handover protocol. The aim of this is to minimise shipping costs.

Can payment be deferred?

Deferred payment applies only to Government Institutions.

Do you accept advance payment?

In our system of accepting payments, we use the nomenclature of a Down Payment.

We do not accept advance payments.

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit is a non-refundable form of payment. In the case of a bespoke product, the payment can be split into 2 deposits. The first of 60% and the second of 40%. We require the payment of a deposit in order to start the purchase-sale procedure.

How much of a deposit should I pay?

Payment of the first part of the 60% deposit should be made in accordance with the date issued on the proforma invoice.

When should I pay the remainder of the amount?

The remaining 40% of the deposit amount should be replenished the day before shipment. The Sales Department will inform the customer of the shipment by telephone.

Do you have leasing options on offer?

Yes. We offer 3 lessors such as: LEASELINK, EFL AND PKO BP.

We offer a wide range of leasing options.

Can I take a lease if I am an individual?

No. The leasing offer is addressed to Entrepreneurs only.

Will I receive a full invoice after the purchase?

Yes, of course we issue a full VAT.

Is the individual design an additional charge?

No. The design, is an integral part of the bespoke attraction, which includes the modifications indicated by the customer. We require a 10% deposit to begin the design of your individual inflatable.

How does the return procedure work?

After establishing the reasonableness of the return with the Sales Department, the customer sends the product at his own expense to the address indicated by us. The customer is informed about the return procedure individually when contacting the Sales Department.

How to make a complaint?

Complaint should be made by email with a detailed description of any questionable elements in the product. Please include photos of the defective item in the attachments.

How long will the repair take?

Faults discovered during the warranty period will be repaired by the Guarantor within a period agreed between the parties, but no longer than 30 working days calculated from the date the product is accepted for repair by the Service indicated by the Guarantor.

Can I repair the damage to the inflatable myself?

Yes, we encourage you to repair minor damage yourself. For every inflatable ordered, the customer will receive spare patches in the kit.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If the customer forgets the password, he/she should click on "I forgot my password", a link to reset the password will be sent to the email address.

Why can't I see the order in my account?

The order should be visible after all purchasing steps have been completed. If there are any problems, please report this to the Sales Department by phone or email.

Why do I need an account?

An account is required to keep track of the current order and to quickly verify orders placed (order history).

Can I buy without creating an account?

It is possible to purchase as a "guest". We encourage you to create a customer account in our shop. This makes it easier to verify your order in the future and to respond quickly to any irregularities reported.

What material are the Inflatables made of?

Our Inflatables are made from the latest generation of PVC material.

What is included in the ordered set?

The customer receives in the kit all the necessary elements such as ropes, pegs, carabiners and the inflatable.

Do I get the necessary documents: approvals or certificates?

Yes. After purchase, the customer receives an attestation (Technical Statement) and a DTR (Operational and Technical Documentation). Both documents confirm that the goods conform to the description and are authorised for use.

How do I clean and care for my inflatable?

The most important thing is to take care of your inflatable on an ongoing basis. Among other things, it is advisable to spray the slides with a "poster" type product, which will ensure optimum glide and lack of friction, and consequently a longer life of the item. It is also important to clean with a safe agent such as glass cleaner so that the inflatable is not dirty and mould does not appear. After the season is over, the inflatable must be dried very thoroughly before it is put away. The storage of the inflatable also affects its lifespan. We recommend a dry, moisture-free, ventilated location.

Are you a manufacturer or do you import from China?

We are a manufacturer, which means that the products are transported from China. We have 10 years of experience and 1 factory we work with, so the quality of the product is verified.

What guarantee do you give?

The product guarantee depends on the category in which the product is placed. The warranty for Inflatables is 2 years for the material, 1 year for the seams. In water parks it is 2 years for the whole product. In kits like archery tag, water balls or bumper balls there is a 1 year guarantee.

Can I order an inflatable according to my own design?

Yes, there is an option to order any inflatable, for this we need all the necessary data such as: dimensions, colours and additional elements to be included in the project.

I want to buy an inflatable on the website. I do not like the colour of the product, can I order a different colour version?

Yes, of course it is possible.

What is not covered by the guarantee?

The guarantee does not cover misuse of the product, use of the product contrary to the instructions for use or applicable regulations or standards.

Can you make an inflatable with Dog Patrol or another fairy tale theme (e.g. Disney characters)?

We do not make bespoke inflatables with characters and elements that are restricted by copyrights and licences from third parties (cartoon characters, fairy tales). We also stipulate that we do not make inflatables that contain vulgar content that is not in line with generally accepted rules of social norms.

How to store your inflatable?

Inflatables should be stored in suitable covers and dry conditions e.g.: storage, which will ensure durability and will not damage the attraction.

Will the Inflatable fit in my car?

In the case of small Inflatables of the mini combo type this is possible, but this should be arranged directly with the Sales Department who will help to estimate the necessary luggage space for the specific attraction.

How much does the inflatable weigh?

Our inflatables are diverse. There is no definitive answer to this question. Each product has a Product Card that describes the technical condition in detail, including the weight of the product. If in doubt, the Sales Department will inform you of the weight of the purchased item. The weight range of Inflatables is between 7.5 kg and 450 kg.

How many people are required to operate the Inflatable?

Information on operation is included in the DTR, which will be supplied with the attraction.

How do I dry my inflatable?

The inflatable should be dried in an open area, in addition, it is a good idea to wipe it down with a cloth so that no stains remain and final vacuuming.

What to do in the rain?

If it rains, disconnect the inflatable from the power supply as soon as possible and cover the Inflatable with a protective tarpaulin.

What is the profitability of Inflatables? Is it profitable?

The profitability of our equipment is the possibility of a return on investment after the first season.
