Do I need to place the order myself?
We encourage you to place orders directly through our website by adding products to the cart and paying via bank transfer. You can also place your order over the phone.
When will my order be shipped?
If the item is in stock and your payment has been credited to our account, we will ship your order within 1–2 business days.
Can I collect my inflatable in person?
Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order in person. Please make sure to contact us first via phone or email. Our pickup warehouse is located at Leona Popielskiego 1, 52-019 Wrocław. We’re open on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00 (please note we are closed on weekends).
Do you have inflatables available for immediate shipment?
To check product availability, please contact us via email or phone. Our sales team will let you know which items in the relevant category are available immediately.
Do you provide installation services for inflatables?
Yes, we offer the option of purchasing water park installation services. Pricing is determined individually. Please contact us by phone or email for details. Our Sales Department will provide you with a price range and available installation dates.

What is the delivery time?
The average delivery time for products in stock is 3–5 business days from the date payment is credited to our account. For made-to-order items, the lead time is 10–14 weeks (this includes delivery to our warehouse).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order. The customer is informed about the cost during order placement, both via the website (in the cart section) and by phone through our Sales Department. Shipping costs vary depending on several factors, such as size, weight, and quantity.
Can I choose my own courier?
We cooperate with various courier companies. You may choose a preferred courier, but if the shipping cost is higher than with our suggested provider, the customer will be required to cover the difference.
How will the ordered product be delivered?
Small or medium-sized items are shipped via courier. If you have any doubts, please contact us by phone or email – we will inform you of the shipping method.
Which courier companies do you work with?
We have multiple shipping options available and always choose the best one for each customer. We analyze market prices on the day the shipping protocol is prepared, aiming to minimize shipping costs.

Can I pay later?
Deferred payment is available only to government institutions.
Do you accept advance payments?
In our payment system, we use the term “deposit.”
Why is a deposit required?
A deposit is a non-refundable form of payment. For custom-made products, payment can be split into two deposits: 60% upfront and 40% later. We require the deposit to begin the purchase process.
How much is the first deposit?
The first deposit of 60% should be paid according to the due date listed on the proforma invoice.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 40% must be paid one day before shipment. Our Sales Department will notify the customer by phone prior to dispatch.
Do you offer leasing options?
Yes, we work with three leasing partners: LEASELINK, EFL, and PKO BP.
Can I lease as a private individual?
No. Leasing is only available to businesses.
Will I receive a full VAT invoice?
Yes, of course. We issue full VAT invoices.
Is a custom design subject to an extra charge?
No. The design is an integral part of a made-to-order inflatable and includes all customer-specified modifications. A 10% deposit is required to begin the design process.

How long does it take to process a complaint?

What is the return procedure?
After confirming eligibility for a return with the Sales Department, the customer sends the product back at their own expense to the provided address. Details regarding the return process are given individually during contact with the Sales Department.
How do I file a complaint?
Complaints should be submitted by email with a detailed description of all disputed issues. Please include photos of the damaged parts as attachments.
How long will the repair take?
Defects discovered during the warranty period will be repaired by the Guarantor within a timeframe agreed upon by both parties, but no longer than 30 business days from the date the product is received by the service center.
Can I repair the inflatable myself?
Yes. We encourage you to repair minor damage yourself. Each inflatable comes with a set of spare patches.

I forgot my password – what should I do?

Why can’t I see my order in my account?
The order should appear after completing all checkout steps. If you experience any issues, please contact our Sales Department by phone or email.
Why do I need an account?
An account allows you to track your current order and quickly check your order history.
Can I buy without creating an account?
Yes, you can make a purchase as a “guest.” However, we recommend creating an account to simplify order verification and improve issue resolution in the future.

What material are the inflatables made of?
Our inflatables are made from next-generation PVC material.
What is included in the set?
Each set includes all necessary components: ropes, pegs, carabiners, and a blower.
Will I receive the required documents, such as certificates?
Yes. After purchase, you will receive a Technical Certificate and User Manual (DTR), confirming product conformity and approval for use.
How do I clean and maintain the inflatable?
Ongoing care is essential. We recommend spraying slides with a plastic care agent (e.g., "Plak") for better glide and less friction. Use mild cleaners like glass cleaner to avoid dirt and mold. After the season, dry the inflatable thoroughly before storing. Store it in a dry, ventilated place to extend its lifespan.
Do you offer a repair service?
We work with trusted partner service providers.
Are you a manufacturer or do you import from China?
We are a manufacturer – our products are made in China by a factory we’ve worked with for 10 years. This ensures consistently verified quality.
What warranty do you offer?
The warranty depends on the product category. Inflatables come with a 2-year warranty on material and 1 year on stitching. Water parks have a 2-year warranty on the entire product. Other items like archery tag sets, water balls, or bumper balls come with a 1-year warranty.
Can I order a custom-designed inflatable?
Yes, custom designs are possible. We’ll need all essential details, including dimensions, color scheme, and extra features for the project.
I want to buy an inflatable from your website, but I don’t like the color – can I order a different color version?
Yes, custom colors are available on request.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover improper use, use against the manual or applicable regulations and standards.
Can you produce an inflatable with Paw Patrol or other cartoon themes (e.g., Disney characters)?
We do not produce inflatables with copyrighted characters or elements under third-party licenses (e.g., cartoons). We also do not make inflatables with vulgar or socially inappropriate content.
How should I store the inflatable?
Store the inflatable in dedicated covers in a dry place such as a warehouse to prevent damage and preserve product quality.
Will the inflatable fit in my personal car?
Smaller models like mini combos might fit, but please consult our Sales Department to estimate the space needed for your specific product.
How much does an inflatable weigh?
Our inflatables vary in weight. Each product has a specification sheet with technical details, including weight. If in doubt, contact our Sales Department. Weight ranges from 7.5 kg to 450 kg.
How many people are needed to operate the inflatable?
Operation details are included in the user manual (DTR), delivered with the product.
How do I dry the inflatable?
Dry it in an open space. Wipe it with a cloth to remove streaks and vacuum the surface to finish.
What should I do if it rains?
Immediately disconnect the blower from the power source and cover the inflatable with a waterproof tarp.
