We ship orders via reputable courier companies.
We strive to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Orders received and paid for by 16:00 will be shipped no later than the next business day (pontoons that do not fit on a standard 120x80 pallet are shipped within 5 business days). Delivery is within 7 business days from the day of shipment.
In your interest, all shipments are tracked from the moment of shipment to delivery - so everyone can see where their order is currently.
Do not forget to check the contents of the shipment with the courier. In case of damage to the shipment, write a damage report!
