Warranty Conditions

  1. GunGan Sp. z o.o. provides the Buyers with a warranty for the correct functioning of the product for a period of:
    • one year – for products with a closed air circuit, i.e. those that do not require a permanently connected blower (e.g. Bumper Balls, water balls, water pools),
    • two years for the material and one year for the seams – for products with constant air supply, i.e. those that require a continuously connected blower (e.g. inflatable playgrounds, inflatable slides, obstacle courses, etc.),
    • for floating water parks – a two-year warranty applies.
    • for other products not covered by the above categories, e.g. Archery Tag – a one-year warranty applies.
    • for prints applied on products – a one-year warranty applies.
  2. The indicated warranty period is counted from the date of product delivery, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
  3. Warranty services are only valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  4. If a physical defect occurs during the warranty period due to the manufacturer's fault, the Buyer is entitled to free repairs of the damages.
  5. The warranty DOES NOT cover damages caused by:
    • mechanical damage,
    • damage during transport or handling,
    • improper use, negligence by the Buyer, or use contrary to the manual or regulations/norms,
    • damage or malfunction caused by factors beyond the Guarantor's control or force majeure, e.g. fire, flood, lightning, natural disasters (including wind over 15 knots), accidents, power surges, or improper electrical grounding,
    • placing the product on uneven ground or overfilling any part of the product with (i) fluids other than water or (ii) more than 70% of its capacity,
    • exceeding the maximum pressure values or failure to use approved inflation devices,
    • normal wear and tear,
    • modifications, alterations, adjustments, or repairs made by unauthorized entities,
    • damage occurring after the warranty period,
    • damage to D-rings, steps, handles, and detachable slides (applies to all inflatable devices).
  6. The Buyer LOSES the warranty if:
    • any modifications, alterations, or adjustments are made by unauthorized entities,
    • the products are used between November and March or when the temperature drops below 10°C,
    • the product is not properly dried before storage,
    • no insulating layer is used between the product and the ground,
    • the product is resold,
    • for floating water parks – maintaining the warranty requires written notice to the Guarantor about disassembly of the park for the period November–March, within one week from the date of disassembly. Disassembly must take place before the stated period. Failure to notify or dismantle the park will void the warranty.
  7. The warranty applies only to entities that purchased the product directly from the Guarantor. It does not transfer to subsequent owners.
  8. Warranty services are provided by a Service designated by the Guarantor.
  9. Before sending a defective product, a warranty claim must be reported to the Guarantor. To do so:
    • document the defect with a description of the cause,
    • send photos with a detailed technical description and proof of purchase to the shop's email address,
    • wait for the Guarantor to review the claim.
  10. The Guarantor reserves the right to request additional information necessary to process the warranty claim.
  11. If the claim is accepted, the Guarantor will provide the address of the Service that will carry out the repair. The device must be:
    • delivered directly to the designated Service OR
    • shipped to the designated Service
  12. The Guarantor reserves the right to choose the method of defect removal unilaterally, particularly for technical or technological reasons.
  13. The Guarantor covers the cost of shipping (the Guarantor will order a courier; the Buyer must not send the product without consent). If the claim is accepted, shipping is covered both ways. Otherwise, the Buyer bears the full shipping cost.
  14. Defects identified during the warranty period will be repaired within a mutually agreed period, not exceeding 30 business days from the date of receipt by the designated Service.
  15. If repair requires import of parts from abroad, the repair time will be extended accordingly, with notice provided by the Guarantor or Service.
  16. In matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code on quality warranty shall apply.
