The base of the custom-produced attraction for you can be one of Gangaru's inflatables. We are also able to produce an inflatable that you have seen on the Internet or at an event - all we need is a photo and a conversation about modifications and details. TECHNICAL DETAILS OF THE INFLATABLES PRODUCED BY US

MATERIAL used in production:

We manufacture our recreational equipment from new-generation PVC, with a thickness of 0.52 mm, a tensile strength of 414 N and a density of 1300 D. The material is characterized by above-average tensile strength and relatively low weight. It has two outer coatings and a mesh reinforcing coating. It is flame retardant. An unquestionable advantage of our inflatables is that most of them have an inner coating made of PVC.

SEWING in inflatables manufactured by Gangaru:

All of the inflatables we manufacture have solid sewing throughout. In particularly heavily used areas we use triple or even quadruple sewing in production. This reduces the risk of rips to a minimum (and if they nevertheless appear - you can always use our service or get advice on how to repair the inflatable yourself).

QUALITY of the equipment manufactured by Gangaru:

We are the users of our attractions ourselves, and we also check their quality in practice. In areas that are particularly heavily used or exposed to damage - we use reinforced materials in production to be absolutely sure that our inflatables will not fail even during very large events. All attachments (D-ring fixings) comply with EN 14960 standard for inflatables.

Production with attention to DETAILS:

All inflatables of our production are protected against sudden loss of air in case of power failure, and the sliders at the valves are reinforced. At the request of customers, we also make inflatables with prints - production with digital technology and coatings that prevent paint abrasion and fading guarantee their high quality.

All inflatables manufactured and sold by us, subject to the European standard PN-EN 14960, have a technical statement (certificate) and technical and operational documentation. SAFETY of the attractions we produce:

We comply with all international regulations and constantly cooperate with appraisers. We constantly check the safety of the inflatables we produce. We are also in the rental business, so we have learned the ins and outs of problems that may arise and are able to eliminate them at a very early stage, which may cause difficulties for other manufacturers.

WARRANTY for inflatables manufactured by Gangaru:

Inflatable attractions that require a constant supply of air are covered by a two-year warranty. We produce them to serve you as long as possible and we make every effort to ensure that they do so flawlessly. Detailed warranty terms can be found in the WARRANTY CONDITIONS

We particularly encourage you to modify the color scheme of these inflatables, which you can already find on our website. Such modifications do not require many additional arrangements - so we will start production almost immediately after the new color palette is established.

Technical meeting

Selecting a base - an inflatable that will be the starting point for the production of a personalized inflatable attraction (from our website or from the Internet).

Initial valuation of a custom-made inflatable and agreement on possible modifications.

We create a detailed design of the inflatable attraction. If you would like to make further modifications – no problem! Before production begins, we allow a few changes to the design so that you are fully satisfied with the final appearance of the attraction. Please note that each change may extend the lead time – depending on the time needed for preparation. A 10% deposit is required to initiate the graphic design. The design will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Your acceptance of the final version of the design.

After approving the graphic design, a 50% deposit of the total order value is required to start the production process. From this point, the production lead time is approximately 10 to 14 weeks.

Once the product is ready, we will contact you for the final payment of 40% of the order value. Within 3–5 business days after the payment is recorded, we will ship the attraction to the provided address.

The opportunity to receive training under the supervision of our qualified employee, who will answer all technical questions and show, among other things, how to assemble the manufactured inflatable so that it takes up as little space as possible.

The entire production process – from design approval – takes approximately 10 to 14 weeks. We do our best to make sure that all of our inflatables - slides, playgrounds, bouncy castles, obstacle courses, competition devices, water balls and cushions, amusement parks and other attractions - bring a lot of fun to children as well as youngsters and adults.
