How the Newsletter Works

  1. The newsletter will be sent to the email address you provide.
  2. It will include information about GunGan Sp. z o.o. and products available on gangaru.com. You may receive:
    • updates on campaigns and promotions;
    • offers and announcements;
    • new products in our assortment;
    • other information related to our products and services.
  3. If you wish to unsubscribe, simply click the “Unsubscribe” button included in every newsletter message.

How You Can Use the Newsletter

  1. The newsletter is free of charge.
  2. To subscribe, you can:
    • consent during the checkout process on gangaru.com;
    • sign up via the form on our homepage;
    • sign up on other pages where this option is available.
  3. To unsubscribe:
    • read and accept these terms;
    • click the “Unsubscribe” button in any newsletter message.
  4. The newsletter contains copyright-protected content. You may not copy, edit, or reuse it without our permission.

How Long We Will Send You the Newsletter

  1. The agreement to send the newsletter is concluded for an indefinite period. It begins once you activate the subscription and continues until you unsubscribe or we stop sending it.
  2. You can unsubscribe at any time – no explanation needed.
  3. You may do so in several ways:
    • by sending an email to contact@gangaru.com – we will remove you within 48 hours;
    • by calling +48 533 858 569 – we will remove you within 30 days of your request;
    • by sending a written request to: GunGan Sp. z o.o., str. Boczna 4/310, 50-502 Wrocław – we will remove you within 30 days of receiving your letter.
  4. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your email address from our mailing list and stop sending you messages.
  5. If you do not open any newsletters for a year, we may remove you from the list.
  6. You can subscribe again at any time.

How We Process Your Personal Data

  1. We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000).
  2. The administrator of your personal data is GunGan Sp. z o.o., ul. Bocian 43/10, 50-502 Wrocław.

  4. We process data of all newsletter subscribers. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract for electronic services.
  5. We process your data, among others:
    • to send the newsletter;
    • for analytical and statistical purposes;
    • for marketing related to our business.
  6. We may share your data with other entities, such as IT service providers. They will process the data only to the extent necessary under a signed agreement. We may also transfer data within the European Economic Area (EEA), ensuring appropriate safeguards.
  7. Your data will be stored as long as necessary for processing purposes, or longer if required by law.
  8. You have the right to:
    • access your data;
    • rectify or complete data;
    • delete data ("right to be forgotten");
    • restrict processing;
    • data portability;
    • object to processing;
    • file a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority.
  9. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the authority mentioned above.
  10. Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot send you the newsletter.

  2. You can submit complaints regarding the newsletter:
    • by email: contact@gangaru.com;
    • in writing: GunGan Sp. z o.o., str. Boczna 4/310, 50-502 Wrocław.
  3. A complaint should include:
    • the email address to which we send the newsletter;
    • a description of the issue;
    • your name and surname.
  1. We will review your complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
  2. We reserve the right to amend these terms as permitted by law. In such case, we will notify you on www.gangaru.com at least 7 days before the update. Changes will not infringe on acquired rights or worsen service conditions. If we amend the terms, you may unsubscribe without consequences.
  3. We may also change the terms if:
    • a new legal or regulatory requirement arises;
    • we need to protect you from fraud, malware, spam, data breaches, or other cyber threats.

In all such cases, you have the right to unsubscribe without any consequences.
